What I’m eating: dinner last night

Dinner last night was a healthy portion (about 2 cups) of baby carrots, 1/2 cup steamed spinach, 1/2 cup of my homemade cheesy mashed potatoes, and a chicken breast topped with my new Belgian beer & onion braising sauce. I recently received this sauce, and I love it. It is so easy to throw frozen chicken breasts in the slow cooker and top them with a dollop of this sauce as I’m running out the door in the morning. It is great to then come home to the sweet aroma of a fresh, hot meal when I get home. Almost no prep-work necessary! I’ve put a link to the sauce below. I used it on chicken here, but I’m sure it would go great on beef as well.
