In an attempt to switch my usual, dull lunch routine – I tried something new today. I’m a huge fan of Amy’s Organic frozen entrees, and thought I’d try her new line of “light & lean” meals (all under 300 calories). Today was the pasta & veggies entrée. This meal has 210 calories and 10 grams of protein (which must all come from the cheese, because there is no meat in this dish). It was very satisfying, and tasted great! I had a Greek yogurt with it which was 120 calories. This brings my lunch total to 330 calories.
