What is the best way to eat your veggies? Breaded and deep fried! Okay, not really. But lunch today did include some deep fried vegetables. Lunch started with a fried green tomato appetizer topped with arugula and crab meat. I ate probably 20% of this appetizer (100 calories). Followed by an artichoke, goat cheese, and wild mushroom pita (900 calories), with a side salad (100 calories). Bringing the estimated total for lunch to about 1100 calories.
