4/29/11 dinner

Dinner last night was III Forks. I had the tenderloin salad, and ate about 75% of it. I also had a few bites (pictured) of a sweet potato hash. It was a delicious salad featuring baby greens, cherry tomatoes, pieces of tenderloin, and finished with a bleu cheese dressing. There are no nutrition facts for this salad, but I’d say there were around 800 calories in this salad.
