  1. just saw your blog, I do like knowing what other women are eating. I am over 40 and its getting harder to keep the weight off. I generally consume 1200 cal. or less a day,yes I know I should be eating more. In your opinion, do you think if I follow your meal plan,I would start to see a few pounds come off. Feel lost sometime. Help !!!!! Sandy
