Dinner last night was a 4 ounce piece of brisket (that cooked in the slow cooker all day), steamed spinach, and steamed yellow squash. Around 650 calories. My dessert was a chocolate fudge brownie Skinny Cow ice cream. Perfect size to savor and enjoy – while not going overboard on the amount. 150 wonderful calories.
