Lunch today was Five guys burgers and Cajun fries! I slept in, so i didnt eat breakfast today (shame on
me). Calories = a lot. But worth it. Simply not eating the bun could eliminate approximately 300 calories! And using mustard as a dressing (the wonderful calorie-free condiment) rather than something higher calorie – like mayo helps shave off unnecessary calories as well. Calories? About 1,000. All things in moderation!
