4/14/11 afternoon snack

Another tasty Luna bar as I finish charting on my patients from today. I love these bars for snacks because they taste like a sweet treat, but have 9 grams of protein! This helps keep me feeling full through the long hours between meals. They also pair wonderfully with coffee for breakfast. Stay tuned for dinner tonight – after work I’m heading to the grocery store to pick up a nice variety of fresh vegetables to pair with my chicken dish thats been cooking in the crockpot all day!
